First Meeting & Site Visit
We meet. You tell us what you need, and we visit your plot or property. We take measurements, check the surroundings, see where the sun comes from, which side has road access, all that basic stuff.
Understanding Your Requirements
We sit together and discuss properly. Your budget, your requirements, how many people are in your family, your lifestyle, and any specific needs. Do you work from home? Do relatives visit often? Do you need a servant’s room? All these things matter in design.
Initial Sketches & Layout Options
We make initial sketches and show you 2-3 layout options. You tell us what you like, what you don’t. We adjust. Once you’re happy with the basic layout, we make proper architectural drawings.
3D Visualization
You see exactly how your building will look – from outside, from inside, every room. This is where you catch things you want to change. Much easier to change things on a computer than after construction starts.
LDA Approvals & Paperwork
When the design is finalized, we handle all the LDA paperwork and approvals. You just sign where needed, and we do the running around. You don’t even have to go there.
Construction Begins
Construction starts only after approval is in hand. We’re on site regularly – not every single day but often enough to check quality and progress. Our site engineer is there daily, managing workers and materials.
Progress Updates
We send you progress updates with photos. If any issue comes up or any decision needs to be made, we will call you immediately. No surprises later.
Final Handover
Finishing and handover happen after you inspect everything. If something needs correction, we fix it before final handover. That’s it. Simple process, no confusion.

We do commercial architecture, too. Shops, offices, showrooms, restaurants, clinics – designed plenty of them. Commercial spaces have different requirements than homes. Customer movement, display areas, storage, and staff areas all need proper planning. Each business is different, each design is different.
Per square foot, yes, renovation costs more because you’re working around the existing structure. But overall cost is less because you’re not building from scratch. Depending on what you’re renovating. Sometimes an old building has issues that increase cost unexpectedly. We survey first and give you an honest assessment.
Farmhouse design fees work the same way – a percentage of project cost or a fixed fee, depending on scope. Since farmhouses are usually outside the city, we charge slightly more for site visits and supervision. But the process remains the same. If we’re supervising, we catch problems before they become big issues. That’s our job. If something still goes wrong, we fix it. Construction always has some challenges – material delays, weather problems, and worker issues. We handle these, so you don’t have to stress.
